CASH ON DELIVERY

Pay for your items when your parcel is delivered. Please note that you must be logged in to your registered account to choose this payment method. Guest accounts will not be allowed to pay on delivery.

You will pay either in cash, card or mobile wallet to the courier service representative delivering your parcel. When paying in cash, we recommend having the exact amount available to smoothen the transaction.

You will pay in cash to the courier service representative delivering your parcel. We recommend having the exact amount available to smoothen transaction.

RETURN

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and the items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.

Items such as innerwear and socks once worn (other than to try the item on) cannot be exchanged & refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Return will be processed if:
a) it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
b) the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
c) the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s Packaging, MRP tag intact, etc.).
d) it has any manufacturing defect.

You can easily return items by following these steps:
1. Fill in the Return Form that is included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning.
2. Tear off the return slip and place this together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in. Please note, that we are unable to process your return without the return slip.
3. Contact the courier company to arrange a collection for your return parcel either by phone: 022 2470 0921 or email: shop@mustangsocks.com
4. The courier person from Blue Dart will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection.


DELIVERY

We deliver to customers who have an address in India. Please note, that some areas may be excluded from delivery. You will be notified about this during checkout. You may choose to have your order delivered to your home or an alternative address. In checkout you can change the delivery address and/or add a new one.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation, your parcel will be delivered in the below mentioned working days-
Delhi: 1-2 days
Mumbai: 0-2 days
Bangalore: 2-3 days
Hyderabad: 3-4 days
Chennai: 3-4 days
Ahmedabad: 2-3 days
Kolkata: 3-4 days
Pune: 1-2 days
Other areas: up to 8 days

We deliver on business days, excluding bank holidays. During high season and sale, shipping might take a little longer.


TRACK YOUR PARCEL

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you sign in at www.mustangsocks.com.

Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.
Please note that very small and light packages might be delivered through the mailbox, and therefore cannot be tracked.
