4. Do your socks require special care?
Our quirkiest of socks are made with lots of love and we would like you to also love them and treat them with special care. We suggest you always wash your socks inside out with cold water and mild detergent to preserve their quality and colour for as long as possible.
5. Where are your socks made?
Mustang Socks are made at the Mustang Socks factory, located in Palghar, a town in the Konkan division of the Maharashtra state.
1. What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard and Cash on Delivery. Unfortunately, we no longer accept homemade baked cookies.
2. Do you ship to countries outside India?
Currently we ship to socks lovers only within India.
3. Can I order custom socks?
Perhaps next time. However, feel free to reach out to us by email or phone, and we’ll be happy to work on the style that best describes you!
4. Do you offer socks at wholesale?
Yes, we do! Feel free to reach out to us via call or email. Happiness will be delivered in bulk.

6. How do I cancel my order?
If you simply must cancel, although we can’t imagine why, we recommend emailing us as soon as possible. If your socks have not been shipped, we can stop the process and refund your money. If your socks have already been shipped, just send them right back to us.
7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to deliver within 1 to 8 working days. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

1. How can I find out about discounts?
The best way to know about all of our special sales and promotions is to follow us on our social media pages: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Follow us for exciting upcoming offers and just to remind yourself about how awesome socks are.
2. How do I apply a discount to my order?
Almost all of our promotions use a discount code that you must enter when you check out. You’ll find these codes on our website or in the email you got advertising the sale. When you are entering your information in your shopping cart at checkout, look for a field that says “Gift card or discount code” and enter your special code. Click the APPLY button, and your discount will show up.
3. Can I use multiple coupon codes at once?
Sorry but you can only use one discount at a time. If you have multiple discount codes, you can choose which one you want to go with.
1. What is your return policy?
It’ll make us sad if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, and we would like to help you. Socks can be returned within 7 days from the date you received your parcel, as long as they are in their original packing and condition. Returns are processed within 2-4 business days of package receipt.
2. What if I want to exchange a pair?
No problem! If you’d like to trade in a pair of socks for a different pair, just go ahead and order the new socks. Then return the original pair using the process listed above. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the socks.

Our gift cards come in different amounts and include no additional fees. They arrive in your email after you purchase them online.
2. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Send an order to a friend, family member or a loved one, and we’ll wrap it up with love and lots of care.
3. Can I include a gift message?
Yes, why not! We offer complimentary gift notes on all orders. When you check out from your cart, you will find a designated field to write a gift message. We are limited on space, so please keep your note under 150 characters.
